When connecting to a service in ArcGIS Online, the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript automatically detects CORS headers. When CORS is not set up on a service, the Map Viewer attempts to connect to the service via a proxy. It is highly recommended to enable CORS support. Otherwise, check the origin server for any certificate issues. Refer to the documentation for more information about CORS and proxies: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/cors/対処法
Ensure that the service either supports CORS or that all certificates are properly configured. From that point, add the service to Map Viewer.
