不具合
The error, “Layer failed to load” is returned on Collector for ArcGIS (iOS), when editing a list of domain values for the feature layer in ArcGIS Online while the app is still opened on a device.

-Close and relaunch the app to load the layer successfully.
-Remove the domain changes from the feature service that are previously made.
