Editing 1-M extended properties in the 10.x pop-up is not supported. A blank pop-up is displayed when editing 1-M for the 'Extended Properties' step is expected behavior. An alternative option to editing 1-M for the extended properties step is running the step in ArcGIS Pro or updating the linked properties by accessing the tab in 10.x.再現の手順
