The version of the ArcGIS QuickCapture web designer included in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 is 1.5. In order to get access to the link button functionality included in ArcGIS QuickCapture 1.7, users either need to wait for ArcGIS Enterprise 1.9 (this includes version 1.7 or 1.8 of the designer) or use the current ArcGIS Online version of the designer against their ArcGIS Enterprise deployment. This is achieved by going to the following link, https://www.arcgis.com/apps/quickcapture/index.html, and logging in with ArcGIS Enterprise.再現の手順
