This is expected behavior of the product. The download button for a CSV file is not available using the process that has been performed.対処法
In the documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise Sites 11.1, to share a .csv file, choose to host it as a table and then add the hosted service to a site's content library.
Refer to the following workaround:
- Add the CSV file through Content, then click New Item. Click Your Device, then click Add test CSV. Click Select add and create a hosted feature layer or table.
- Within location settings, select none, this CSV contains no location data and will be added as a table.
This workflow allows the table to be downloaded as a CSV file, geodatabase, or shapefile.
