参考情報

This issue is specific to the image used. This is tested with some other layers with picture markers from ArcGIS Pro and no issue with how the symbols are displayed in ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x. Add the PictureMarkerSymbol in ArcGIS API for JavaScript instead of publishing it from ArcGIS Pro. This helps with the blurriness.
