On a desktop browser, the language selected in the language switcher determines the date format. If the selected language does not have a valid language code (e.g., default language), ArcGIS Online uses the profile language for a signed-in user and the browser language for an anonymous user. On a mobile browser, the native date picker is used, and the format is determined by the mobile browser.再現の手順
