参考情報

This is an edge case where we attempt to determine the date format used in the .csv, but it fails because non of them are determinable (no day over 12, therefore we can't tell day from month). This failure causes us to fall back on the locale (for which none of the contained formats match) and we get nulls. Expanding the date fields to have days > 12 resolves the issue with .csv and .csv UTF-8. Once any date is distinguishable, we are able to apply the same algorithm to all of them.

対処法

The documented workarounds are as follows:1. Use Excel spreadsheets instead of .csv files while working in a Swedish language environment.OR2. Change the operating system language to English.
