Sketch layers are imported to ArcGIS Pro as map notes. Map notes can only be shared as web maps and not as stand-alone layers because sketch layers are not supported item types in ArcGIS Online. The map notes layers create file geodatabase content in ArcGIS Pro, so those feature classes can be re-added to the map as regular operational feature layers if desired.

対処法

When checking the default file geodatabase, a copy of the features is automatically added to it. When the copy of features made to the file geodatabase is added to the map, it shows the same data source, but it can be published and edited successfully.
