参考情報

This issue is not addressed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 and earlier, and does not occur in later versions. Utilize the workaround listed to add custom symbology images in effected environments.

対処法

Add custom symbology images in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 content:

In my Portal content, click "Add Item" > "From URL" > enter the desired image URL link, add a title and click "Add Item".
Get the URL of the image.
Copy item URL in item details.
Insert it as a custom symbology in the web map.
In the web map symbology options, choose the option "Use an Image" and insert the URL of the item added to the Portal, click " +".
