The custom pop-ups configured in ArcGIS Pro are not honored in ArcGIS Online when added as a service URL from Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online.

This is the expected behavior. When sharing a web feature layer from ArcGIS Pro, layer properties such as pop-ups are saved to the feature layer and not in the service metadata. Therefore, adding the layer from the service URL does not show the customized pop-ups in Map Viewer.再現の手順
