The CSW client fails to run in ArcGIS Explorer 900 if ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 or 9.3.1 is not installed on the machine.

Contact Technical Support if the problem occurs in a supported release.対処法
- Install ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 or 9.3.1.
- Re-run the windows installer for CSW client.
- Navigate to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > CSW client.
- Modify and select CSW Client Desktop.
- The CSW client dialog box loads successfully in ArcGIS Explorer 900.
