対処法
1. Manually create new text and date fields in the Attribute Table in order to use the Editor Tracking fields. Or,1. Manually create a new feature dataset and a new parcel fabric through ArcCatalog.2. Select 'Yes' for the option to define a fabric information model. The Created By, Creation Date, Modified By, and Modification Date fields are not added as read-only and can be used for Editor Tracking.再現の手順
