This behavior is as designed whether or not conflict prevention is enabled. Anytime an Linear Referencing System (LRS) route edit is made in a version, the Apply Event Behaviors tool needs to be run on the same version before it can be reconciled and posted.対処法
Run the Apply Event Behaviors tool and post edits.
