The County layer from Living Atlas analysis layers fails to attribute variables from data enrichment tools in ArcGIS Online when a filter is applied on the layer.

This issue has been addressed in the 5.1 update. Fixes were made to the Enrich Layer tool to account for polygon geometries not being enriched. Tested with the County layer in 5.1 and all features are enriched.再現の手順
