参考情報
The map service causing the error requires an ArcGIS Online login, so ArcPy must be signed in to access it. This can be done by calling `arcpy.SignInToPortal("notebook")` before running `arcpy.management.CopyRaster()`. The code works in ArcGIS Pro without an explicit sign-in because ArcGIS Pro Notebooks automatically sign in to the active portal, which, in this case, is ArcGIS Online. Please also note that map services are not officially supported by the Copy Raster tool. Typically, you would use an image service instead.
