The config.json file is reset when adding in a new widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) version 2.4.

参考情報
This behavior is as designed. When the user saves app, WAB will read authorizedCrossOriginDomains from the portal and save it to appConfig. If the user wants to update authorizedCrossOriginDomains, should update it in portal's organization page and WAB will sync it when saving. The doc will be updated to describe this.再現の手順
