不具合
The clip to an outline option in the layout view causes the entire map frame to go white when activated on the hill shade imagery that has a layer blend of Multiply applied to it.

対処法
- Remove either the blend option or the clipping, allowing the imagery to display normally again.
- Revert to ArcGIS Pro 2.9 as this issue is isolated to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.
