This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Survey123. If experiencing the behavior described in this defect, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.対処法
Put the group with a table-list appearance in an extra group with a compact appearance to allow the headers to display when the group is opened in the ArcGIS Survey123 app.
