不具合
The Change Owner option is not hidden from the item details page unless the page is refreshed after creating an offline area, allowing users to transfer the ownership of a web map with offline areas, resulting in the dependent items being owned by different users.

Creating an offline area does not automatically refresh the web map's item details page. The state of the item details page is the same as it was before the offline area creation. Manually refreshing the page resolves the issue.対処法
