参考情報

The Citizen Problem Reporter has been updated to version 2.0 and one of the enhancements was to simplify the process for updating problem categories and types. As a result, this process no longer causes this issue to occur.

対処法

Workflow to Perform Workaround:

Perform Step 2 to Step 3 only after completing Step 1 to Step 4 in the Steps to Reproduce section.
Open this Esri Documentation : Configuring Citizen Problem Reporter.
Navigate to Page 11 and follow the instructions #10 to #21.

As a result, the Citizen Problem Manager will populate the attributes in the Category, Visable to the public and Status columns when using the Citizen Problem Reporter to submit a report that stores data in a Web Map and Feature Layer (Hosted, View) that is not provided when originally deploying the Citizen Problem Reporter in ArcGIS Pro 2.5.1.
