This behavior is no longer reproducible with the latest version of ArcGIS Survey123 Connect. If the issue persists, create a new case with Esri Support Services: https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact対処法
Open the map in Map Viewer and manually change the basemap to a non-deprecated basemap.
