The ArcGIS Survey123 autocomplete search appearance does not work properly when several select_one questions are configured to show choices from different hosted tables or the same hosted table.

The tableName parameter for both choice lists in the provided video match, which is not supported. Table names must be unique when using the search() appearance; otherwise, the tables overwrite each other.
