This issue was addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 with additional changes to the high precision date support.対処法
Use a file geodatabase instead of a memory workspace.
- Create a python script to create a memory workspace.
- Create a directory to a file geodatabase.
- Create Table and add date & time fields.
- Use the MigrateDateFieldToHighPrecision() tool.
- Run the python script
