As the log entry indicates, when the System collection reaches "Failed Attempts:,8" the logic follows, "If Failed Attemts >,8, your server will be removed!'" This is working as designed. The failed counter was removed as expected. Simply restarting the ArcGIS Monitor Service will reset the failed attempts to zero and the existing System counter can continue collecting. If the ArcGIS Monitor Service was restarted, there's no need to create a new connection or re-add the counter.
In ArcGIS Monitor 10.6.1, the following design change will be made: As long as the ArcGIS Monitor Service is running, data collection will automatically be attempted at the sample interval. If an items fails to collect, it will continue to be listed as monitoring failure until the data collection is successful at the sample interval.
対処法
Creating a new connection and re adding the same System Contour resolves the issue.
