This issue cannot be addressed due to the following technical considerations: 1. When modifying a layer property, such as disabling export, the layer information (childDataSourceJsons) must be saved. If this information is not preserved, other widgets that rely on this layer may experience functionality issues. 2. Even if the hardcoded URL could be removed from childDataSourceJsons, other potential issues may arise. Specifically, when the Web map ID and portal URL are updated, the layer ID also changes, which could lead to inconsistencies and unintended behavior. As an alternative, a recommended workaround is to disable export in the layer item settings rather than changing the 'Allow export' option in the builder.
