The ArcGIS Enterprise Sites application does not sign in until the page is refreshed when using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) in Portal for ArcGIS.

This issue may be related to the IWA configuration and how Chrome has NTLM or Kerberos authentication disabled by default when in Incognito mode. Typically, these private modes have authentication disabled. This may be changed at the IWA provider level or through a group policy change for the browser.対処法
Refresh the page to sign in successfully.
