This is a known limitation as the Safari browser does not handle embedded PDFs well. Embed a PDF using a third party rendering utility, for example Google Drive, as a workaround. Ensure '&embedded=true' is included when embedding in an iframe, and the viewer requires a publicly accessible URL to the PDF.再現の手順
