The Append Parcels tool matches the name of a Parcel Type in the input Parcel Fabric to the same name in the Target Parcel Fabric. In this case, the target parcel fabric does not have any parcel types. When adding a parcel type with a name and schema that match the input parcel fabric, parcels are successfully appended.再現の手順
