The administrator role is unable to view whether items is shared with an external group. Unable to view whether the administrator is a member or not, even when the administrator takes ownership of the item.

参考情報
During the single member delete workflow, the user’s content will be transferred to a new recipient, and when the private content is shared to an external group which the recipient isn’t a member or manager of, it will be automatically unshared from the group before transferring. When the user has private content shared to an internal group which the recipient doesn’t have access to, the recipient will be added as a manager to the group. It is expected of the administrator roles cannot see the group sharing of an item when it is private and shared to a group which the admin isn’t a member/manager of.再現の手順
