Symbology is not get honored when a feature layer URL from Portal for ArcGIS is added to ArcGIS Online as a new item.

参考情報
The save layer is not pushing the renderer used in the map back to the service. That renderer exists at the item level. When adding the portal service to Online we only have the service endpoint info and are honoring the renderer defined at the service which is different from what was saved at the item level at portal.対処法
Instead of adding the layer as a new item in ArcGIS Online, add the layer into a new map in ArcGIS Online. The layer can be added using the feature layer URL from Portal for ArcGIS. This workaround honors the symbology.
