Survey123 for ArcGIS does not honor the survey’s viewer collaboration with a group in ArcGIS Online, if the survey is authored through Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS using an ArcGIS Server secured feature service added to ArcGIS Online as an item with credentials stored.
