This is by design. Clicking or tapping on the image in the description panel for a place is a shortcut for moving on to the next place in the browse sequence (same as clicking or tapping the > button. You mentioned scroll but I think you are perhaps swiping down on the image, which is being treated as a tap.再現の手順
