対処法

Esri encourage customers to try these steps to see if this resolves user's ability to install Collector for ArcGIS app on Android phone.1) Change screen resolution settings on Android Settings > Display > Screen Resolution and set to WQHD+ or FHD+ (preferably FHD+).Only applicable if Android phone supports this screen resolution feature, otherwise skip this step.2) Clear Google Play Store cache and data from Android Settings > Application > Application Manager > All; scroll and tap Google Play Store (Amazon Apptore); tap Clear Cache (if not visible, look under Storage first); tap Clear Data > tap OK.3) Try either Option A or B belowOption A: Open the dialer app > touch the keypad icon; dial *#*# check #*#* (*#*#2432546#*#*); tap green phone icon;*if successful, an alert notification will appear in notification bar few seconds afterwardsOption B: Open Android Settings > Date & time if the phone has the following choices checked, uncheck them: Automatic date & time Automatic time zone manually change the date and time, so that they are incorrect (for now) tap the Home Screen button go back to open Android Settings > Date & time manually change the date and time, so that they are correct again re-check boxes for "Automatic time zone" and "Automatic date & time"4) While Esri continues to investigate the issue, Esri has made the Collector for ArcGIS (Android) app download publicly available,<a href="http://appsforms.esri.com/products/download/#Collector_for_ArcGIS" target="_blank">http://appsforms.esri.com/products/download/#Collector_for_ArcGIS</a>
