Since January 2018, searching for an address using the ArcGIS Online World Geocoding Service zooms to the correct location, but the pop-up is labelled with the wrong city.

参考情報
The city value is currently returned based on the preferred city for a postal code. This can happen in cases where the postal codes spans multiple cities but it is not very extensive. In the ArcGIS Online December 2019 release, when configuring a locator view for ArcGIS Online, you can set the default city name option to 'Local city name'.対処法
Below are two different workflows to work around the behavior.
Workflow 1
- Create a locator view from the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service in either ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
- In the settings, set the returned 'Preferred city name' value to 'Local city name'.
- Add the locator view to ArcGIS Pro or use it in the Map Viewer.
