参考情報
The parameters 'transparent=true' and 'bgcolor=0xFF0000' are being sent through successfully, but the WMS service being used is not honoring them. Other parameters such as 'width=300' or 'height=300' are honored at the moment and produce verifiable changes in the image returned from the service.再現の手順
