This issue has been reviewed by the development team and is not part of the product plan. It is suggested to employ the workaround noted if the URL paths for your map and feature services contain references to "WMS" or "WFS". If this issue is critical to business workflows, provide a Business Impact Statement or contact a Technical Account Manager.対処法
Manually select "ArcGIS Server web service" from the Type drop-down menu when adding a map service or feature service via the Content > New item > URL dialog.
