Running the RasterToNumPyArray function with a raster layer created from a Web Coverage Service (WCS) returns the error message: "Error 999998: Unexpected Error."

- Attempt the process on a 64-bit installation of python. - Make a temporary copy of the layer from the output of the Make WCS Layer tool and run that through the RasterToNumPyArray function. The intermediary layer can be deleted after this is accomplished.再現の手順
