Please reach out to Support Services if the issue is still reproducible with the latest version of ArcGIS API for JavaScript.対処法
Instead of passing the TBL_REGISTRY parameter in as a RecordSet (GPRecordSet), let it default to TableView and pass in the parameter for the now GPString as the table name itself (in this case, TBL_REGISTRY). This works.
