This bug has been fixed in version 10.8 Patch 1.対処法
1) Insert the missing row into the JTX_REV_SESSION_XREF table after the reviewer session is created manually or via a script.
OR
2) Change the DEFAULT version from PROTECTED to PUBLIC.
