Go ahead and add a legend to the map as usual. Beside the legend, draw a box graphic that matches the size/shape of the current legend gradient. Then give the box a linear gradient symbol and use the properties to adjust it to the same colors (this can be done by using the symbols properties and then the ramp properties). When the box matches the original, convert the original legend to graphics and ungroup everything (this takes several ungroups). Then delete the ramp and replace it with the new one that was just drawn. Now group all the items back together and the rotation will work fine.再現の手順
