This issue is not reproducible in Pro 2.2. For Pro 2.1.2, the suggested workaround is to change the map coordinate system to GCS_WGS_1984 first, then run the tool with the input NetCDF file.

対処法

Change the map projection to WGS_1984 in ArcGIS Pro and add the NetCDF layer.
