Publishing OGC Features service from ArcGIS Pro (3.2.1) to ArcGIS Enterprise (11.2) creates wrong HREF URLs, which point to the ArcGIS Server administration URL instead of the service URL.

対処法
Three tested and proven workarounds are listed below in order of preference:
- Clear the service cache by navigating Home > system > handlers > rest > cache.
- Restart the ArcGIS Server Windows process.
- Restart the machine where the ArcGIS Server (Portal hosting server) is hosted.
After following any of the above three options, the 'href' values are correct:
