Publishing a survey using an existing feature layer view in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect 3.22.46 fails and returns the error message "Table <table_name> not found" if the layer name in the hosted feature layer is renamed after the view layer is created.

Depending on the cause, use one of the following workarounds:

• Rename the layer in the hosted feature layer to match the original name used when the view layer was created.
• Rename the layer in the view layer to match the hosted feature layer and update the form_id column in the XLSForm accordingly.
• Use ArcGIS API for Python to publish the survey.
