対処法
- Make the view public in ArcGIS Online.
- Add the feature layer to ArcGIS Enterprise and create the survey using the feature service instead of the view.
- Use ArcGIS Survey123 Connect version 3.20.63 or older: https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcgis-survey123/life-cycle#connect
