対処法
To hide the header, footer and description when sharing a survey:
- Publish the survey while keeping the header, footer and description enabled.
- Include "?hide=header,footer,description" at the end of the survey URL (for example - https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/104cbea2c8fd4b72887aeb562dbeb80e?hide=header,footer,description).
