As per the documentation about memory workspaces in ArcGIS Pro: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/geoprocessing/basics/the-in-memory-workspace.htm The legacy in_memory workspace should not be used, as it is not supported in ArcGIS Pro maps and is automatically converted to file geodatabase data. Use the memory workspace instead and the problem is resolved.再現の手順
