Portal for ArcGIS fails to initialize the ArcGIS Sites app when Portal for ArcGIS URL exceeds the limits set by the API.

対処法

• Create a group with update enabled called, 'Sites Administration Group'.
• Update the portalProperties object for the org to include these settings:
  •     "openData": {     "enabled": true,     "settings": {       "groupId": "{{your new group id goes here without the curly brackets}}",       "migrations": {         "siteToItems": true       },       "appVersion": "2.1"     }   }
