不具合
Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise Login user accounts does not display their names properly on the Members tab, if there is the outgoing claim 'surname' being sent in the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) response from the Identity Provider (IDP).

Duplicate of BUG-000119234: Fixed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1.対処法
- Click the affected user profile.
- Edit the profile. Click Save. The user account now displays correctly.
- Access the IDP and remove the 'surname' outgoing claim.
