This is as-designed within the Portal and ArcGIS Online Map Viewers - within the Map Viewer application we do not display individual attribute pop-ups on standalone tables. The displaying of pop-ups is limited to datasets and features visualized within the actual map. The pop-up option on standalone tables can be used to control field visibility and generate new fields using attribute expressions.再現の手順
